Bookshelf tv stand

One of the first projects that I was ever commissioned for, was this “TV Stand” / Bookshelf. A friend of mine had a very tight space and thus specific dimensions that the shelf needed to comply with. The purpose of the shelf was to store a select collection of books, video games and get the router off the floor. Tried to bring some lightness to the design by using 1/4” plexiglass for the shelves. The body was built using dowels and glue and the top was 2 pieces of 3/4” Plywood laminated together.
